Really cool restored red brick building with Tapas style food. They don't take bookings which suits me just fine.

A very elegant and sophisticated restaurant that has stood the test of time. They also have great views of the bund. I can highly recommend their high tea.
If you are Australian you must go because the Australian owner is featured on almost every travel show going.

At some point you will transit through the Jing'an temple Metro station so why not stop and take in the iconic golden template. You can just walk around the perimeter and absorb the beauty for free however if you really want to see inside you must pay an entry fee.

On the top floor of 3 On The Bund. They have an outdoor deck and this is one of the best places to take on the mesmerising view of the river with a drink in your hand. I can also highly recommend Mercato Restaurant for before and after your drinks a few levels below in the same building.

Take a short cut through the lanes to arrive directly at this little Italian cocktail bar. This is the closest bar to our granny flat.
