Three Creeks is my favorite near by lake! No motorized boats on this lake. Take the beach chairs provided in the studio and relax by the lake or for more adventure kayak, fish, paddleboard, or hike Tam Mcarthur. So many options with gorgeous surroundings.

Three Creeks is my favorite near by lake! No motorized boats on this lake. Take the beach chairs provided in the studio and relax by the lake or for more adventure kayak, fish, paddleboard, or hike Tam Mcarthur. So many options with gorgeous surroundings.
This is the Deschutes river portion that runs next to the Old Mill out door mall, LesSchwab Ampatheater and beautiful down river homes. Our family loves to float this river every summer! It's a fun relaxing float to people and house watch. You can complete it in a little less than 2 hours or meander for longer. Sometime if there is an early evening concert and it is above 90° out we'll float and listen to music. There is a fun rapid section too! I have seen many larg bruises on people coming out of the Rapids, BUT you can make without a scratch, I've done it! Stay to the middle of the rapids and lift your bottom up so it doesn't hit any high boulders and you should be good, I hope....
OR just get out before the rapids and walk on the trail aside them.

Smith Rock's is gorgeous! A must see even if you don't have whole day to hike or rock climb. There are all levels from a flattish hike along the river to hiking to the top of the rocks. There are also tons or rock climbing opportunities.

My husband and I really enjoy relaxing and enjoying a nice dinner in their lounge/bar area. There filet mignon is delicious! You could up opt for a more upscale intimate dinner inside the restaurant where you will probably need reservations.

Best cocktails in Sisters! I like to enjoy some libations every now and then and have a hard time choosing between the Cadillac Margarita, Sangria, or the best home made pinata colada I have ever had, and I try them everywhere I travel.
