To consider
Depending on the time of year the bugs can be a little bothersome, packing insect repellent, sunscreen, a hoodie & a rain jacket is always a good idea, we are in NB after all 😉. There are a few benches around the property, however bringing your own lawn chairs will let you set up where you’re most comfortable. The river is great for fishing 🎣. Please keep in mind, it is tidal & water 💦 shoes are highly recommended. Kayaks & a canoe 🛶 are available for rent when the hosts/co-hosts are at the property. Please DON’T bring firewood 🪵 it may destroy the forest . Fireood is provided at $10/bundle.

Moving firewood, even just a few kilometers away, can spread invasive insects and diseases to our forests. Please abide by Canadian food inspection agency regulations by not bringing any firewood with you to our site. Bundles are provided at $10 each, the funds support one of our local youth, who has cut & bundled the wood 🪵 for you in support of his athletic events. Thank you 😊
