We highly recommend visiting the beach near our flat! Its a little more calm than barceloneta and you can take a coffee or dinner along the water in one of the beautiful restaurants in the neighborhood.

A beautiful park near the center of Barcelona and next to one of our favorite neighborhoods of the city. Here you can enjoy a botanical garden, views of the city, castle ruins and a bit of nature.

A beautiful park near the center of Barcelona and next to one of our favorite neighborhoods of the city. Here you can enjoy a botanical garden, views of the city, castle ruins and a bit of nature.
Monserrat Mountain is a must see if you like nature and hiking. Known for being a holy mountain, there you have amazing views and It's easy to get to the Montserrat Benedictine monastery by yourself. You don't need a tour. Montserrat ("serrated mountain") is an hour's journey by FGC train from Barcelona's Placa d'Espanya station. Take the R5 line in the direction of Manresa. The train departs about every hour.

This is our favorite park in Barcelona, and almost every day we walk our dog here :) Very close to our flat, within 10 min walking you arrive to a little nature and a famous Gaudi fountain. Highly recommended.
