La Vallée des Singes (The Valley of the Monkeys) has the largest concentration of chimpanzees in Europe. Including 34 primate species. Spread over 18 hectares of natural wooded area. Their their claim to fame is having the largest gorilla colony in France.

The local Chateau is an impressive sight and there is a great viewpoint from the bridge. Where you can also watch the kayaks go by during the Summer season.
