I have to admit, this isn't my favorite restaurant, but people travel to go here and it's right in my backyard. The portions are huge! Even if you split a meal with someone you'll have leftovers.

This is a cute little restaurant connected to a wine shop. You can sit by the pond and watch the ducks while eating brunch.

The bar in my backyard. If you like metal and rock, there are shows here every weekend night and their usually free. Great staff!

This is in the surfer/dive bar, Moondoggies. It's known for its pizza (thanks to Diners, Drive ins and dives), but I say skip the pizza and get one of their amazing sandwiches!

This is about a 3-4 hour drive from our apartment, but it is well worth it if you're planning a longer stay. The camping is great here too!
