Top 10 hot dog in America. They grill outdoors year round. Sausage's, butcher counter, and indoor deli stand all great. Nice selection of local wine and beer too.

Best sushi in Portland. Open at 5 PM but if you want to eat then you better be there by 4:30 PM. Line almost every night and only sushi restaurant in Portland that has one. Closed only the first week of July.

Loads of outdoor activities in the city limits.
Great place to get in a hike. It's a dormant volcano, the largest within the city limits in America. Loads of trials and roads to choose your hike to the top. Nice view of downtown on clear days.

Awesome trail in the west hills above downtown Portland.
To enter go to the Rose Test Garden or the Zoo. Trails can be found from both.

Majestic waterfall with great little hike up to bridge spanning creek below. A bit of a drive outside the
city, but just too beautiful to miss on a visit to Portland.

Beautiful lodge in the Columbia Gorge. Great spot to visit on a day trip to the gorge. Stop in for lunch, beer or wine, or simply a place to allow kids to roam free on their large and scenic back lawn.
