Good places to try around the Valley. Please note locations - I tried to put the closest ones to the house at the top and the further ones are closer to the bottom.
Four Peaks is the largest brewery in Arizona. Their flagship beer, Kiltlifter, is a Scottish-Style Ale that wins medals yearly at the Great American Beer Festival. Not only does their beer rule, their food is awesome and they have a great patio to sit and relax and enjoy the Arizona weather on. One of my favorite places in the Valley.
Try: Kiltlifter, their beer flights, and the Spinach Artichoke dip is to die for.

This is the closest Spring Training baseball park to my house - and a great park to visit. Easily accessible, and smaller than the other stadiums. Anaheim plays here for Spring Training and ASU for college baseball. There are lots of good food options in the outfield. So much fun. Even if you can't golf. They made a driving range into a game. It's great for groups - and lots of fun. Think darts - but with a driving range - you can essentially play cricket or you can play just who gets the most points. Or you can just play for fun.
