Cold brew coffees are also available here. Can be crowded so be prepared to wait during common hours!”

“Tucked away at the end of a row of shophouses along Prinsep Street. Start with their excellent Syphon Coffee ($6.90) or a bottle of White Magic ($6.90) — a chilled blend of espresso, milk and cream. A favourite and convenient cafe option among nearby art school students and those in town (nearest MRT is Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station), the space can fill up quickly on weekends, so visit either before or after the lunch rush to ensure seats.”

“The arts museum is within the Kampong Glam area also known popularly as Arab Street. All around it are bars, cafes, & restaurants. For a great cocktail bar check out Ethan Leslie Leong's Maison Ikkoku. Back in the heydays of the finance industry he made the world's most expensive cocktail (35,000 dollars) but you can get them at a more reasonable 25 to 35 dollars a drink. For food check out Kampong Glam cafe for local fare and for hipster central walk down Bali Lane. Here you can get a haircut at Hounds of Baskervilles, listen to local and international live acts at Blu Jaz and chill out at several small bars and restaurants on the street amongst a constantly rotating scene fashion stores.”

“Probably some of the best waffles in Singapore. Try their black sesame ice cream waffle, it's out of this world. Waffles come in both savoury and sweet options so it's varied. They also serve other food there so check it out! Also on their menu is a special coconut water coffee which I've personally tried and would recommend!”
