“A trip to the World of Country Life will keep all the family entertained from its falconry displays to its safari train (where you can feed Llamas and deer!). There is even a replica Victorian street to wander along, with a pub and a dress shop. Have an adventure on the Pirate ship or bounce on a bouncy castle; here there are rides and slide galore. ”

“There is lots to do in this local park. Lots of different sports take place here. There is also a cute little cafe at the top and the cycle path starts here for Budleigh Salterton. ”

“Exceptionally beautiful nature reserve, suitable for all abilities with a boardwalk around the ponds. Dogs allowed on a lead. Surrounded by more challenging gorse and moor land.”

Beach
“Exmouth offers a 3 mile stretch of sandy beach and all the seaside delights you'd expect - ice creams, fish and chips, watersport rentals and plenty of venues with seafront views. As the biggest town in Devon, there's a whole lot more to explore with hidden gems of almost every type of cuisine - Mexican, Thai, Indian, Nepalese, Italian, Spanish, American, and, of course, platters of seafood! There's also plenty of pubs, bars and clubs, whether you fancy gastro cuisine, spit and sawdust, cocktails, specialised gin, local brewed beer, sport or karaoke - it's a great night out!”

Beach
“Exmouth is a traditional bucket and spade seaside town but with a nice classically British beach with a promenade behind a long stretch of sand. There are wonderful estuary views to be enjoyed and brilliant rock pools towards the bottom of the beach when the tide is out. Given the size it is great if you enjoy long walks on a spacious stretch of beach, flying a kite, children running around or making the biggest family sand castles Exmouth beach is great.”
