Rome is undoubtedly one of the most picturesque cities in the world to explore. Join me on an enchanting stroll through the city center as we visit some of the major sights that you really shouldn’t miss, plus some of my favourite hidden gems. My route is carefully curated and I make sure to take characteristic little back alleys that few venture down. Expect: * Hidden gems * Expert knowledge * Unbeatable value! We meet at the base of Trajan’s Column, next to the Venice Square (Piazza Venezia), in the real heart of the Eternal city. After getting to know each other, I will begin to explain the ancient Imperial Forums, the unification of Italy and the rebirth of Rome during the Renaissance. The Trevi Fountain attracts millions of visitors every year and with me you will find out why! Admire its beauty as I give you the full story behind the fountain and we get to the bottom of the coin-throwing tradition. The next stop will be in Piazza della Rotunda, the location of the world-famous Pantheon. Experience this most important of Rome’s pagan temples and discover its 2000 years of history. We save the best till last: Piazza Navona, which is by far the most elaborate of Rome’s squares. Absorb the ambiance as we get into the rivalry between the artists whose works have defined the beauty of this square. Maximum 15 people

I workshops consistono in un'ora e mezza di lavoro e divertimento divisi in due parti. La prima prevede l'uso di una piastra trasparente in vetro dove gli ospiti realizzeranno una figura con pezzi di vetro di Murano, chiamati graniglia, che verrà poi cucinato in forno. Il vetro si fonderà e la figura realizzata rimarrà all'ospite. La seconda parte, consiste in una fase dimostrativa da parte del Maestro e successivamente una prova pratica degli ospiti della lavorazione del vetro di Murano. Gli ospiti lavoreranno il vetro con la fiamma e proveranno la piacevole sensazione dell'antica lavorazione a lume. I workshop sono ideali anche per famiglie con bambini sopra ai 12 anni, che adoreranno la magia del vetro. Altre cose da tenere a mente I lavori terminati nella prima parte del workshop, verranno cotti nel forno per circa 3 ore, mentre gli oggetti realizzati con la fiamma saranno pronti dopo 2 ore di raffreddamento. Il tutto sarà consegnato il giorno stesso dopo 2/3 ore o il giorno successivo in accordo con i clienti. Durata Workshop: 1,5 ore.

The experience starts in front of the Dubrovnik Tourist Board on Pile Square. The first stop takes us to Kolorina Bay which was one of the main filming locations for Blackwater Bay, the docks of King's Landing amongst other. After that we'll walk up the staircase to fort Lovrijenac, setting for inside scenes of the Red Keep and many more. The next location to visit is Old Town. Here you see many different filming locations including Cersei's iconic "Walk of Shame". The last part takes you to the "Throne Room" to take a picture on the Iron Throne. Other things to note: If you have a valid ticket to the city walls or Dubrovnik Pass you don't pay entrance fee to fort Lovrijenac.

You will be guests at my family property that we own since 1537 located just next to the old fortress of Klis (GoT Meereen City), to see the beautiful nature, olive groves, vineyards and orchards. I will explain to you how much effort and patience you need to make oil and wine produce from olives and grapes. I am pleased to share my knowledge, passion and tradition that extends through my family story. At farm also you can enjoy in presence of domestic animals as chickens, rabbits, cats and dogs. Collect chicken eggs or feed the rabbits to fell as a real farmer. Then we go to the tavern where I'll explain how the remains of grapes produce schnapps. You will have the opportunity to see the old tools for farming, old wooden wine barrels, old style fireplace, brick oven and etc. After that all we need is to enjoy in homemade products such as vine, schnapps, smoked meat, olive oil, cheese and breathtaking views in intimate small group in complete privacy. You will learn how to make many types of homemade pasta in a real laboratory of pasta, reviewed among the "best 10 pastificio in Rome" . We will start with handmade pasta, made with different kind of flours: like ancient grain Triticum Monococcum, Grano Saraceno (buckwheat) and wholemeal flour. We will do thin sheets dough, explanation of safe food cutting procedures, realization of three types of ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine with two typical Italian sauces. The experience includes a delicious tasting of local cheese and Italian Prosecco. We can also accomodate GLUTEN allergy guests and VEGAN guests for a very tasty fresh pasta. We will cook all pasta and the sauces made during the class, eating our different kind of pasta done, sipping good Italian wine. An express tiramisu preparation will follow as a dessert. Winner of the best "Insider Access" experience in Prague in 2019 You will first learn about the basics of the falconry tradition. Then you will get familiar with all our birds, and the way our breeding station operates to save various endangered species. And finally, you will participate in feeding the birds of prey, including our bald eagle Helen, vulture Omar, a group of Harris hawks and a few others. They will fly just above your heads, and they will land on your arm protected by a special leather glove. This is a hands-on experience, quite literally! We will finish off by showcasing the training of the fastest bird of prey on the planet, our falcon named Gulliver. ❄️ This is a year-round, all-weather event. Even though it takes place mostly in the open air, a heated garden house, as well as several heaters located outside, are always at our guests' disposal. Moreover, our birds do not appreciate the summer temperatures as much as us, humans, and tend to fly a bit better during winter.

Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct), there could be the possibility of enjoying a unique picnic experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.

Be prepared to live a unique experience, in contact with dogs and nature! Take a break from the city chaos that fills our days every day. After an introduction to the world of truffles, we will begin our hunt. You will see how the trained dogs hunt for truffles and the passion they have, this being a very rewarding activity for them. Depending on the period we will go to different types of woods and the meeting point may change. Truffle hunting is also accessible to children (my dogs will be happy to play with them!). After the truffle hunting we will have a lunch with truffle dishes. The menu is vast so I don't suggest you have a big breakfast! We also have menus for vegetarians, celiacs, vegans and we can also change it according to your allergies or intolerances. During lunch we will have the opportunity to get to know each other better, drinking good wine and eating fresh seasonal truffles. Other things to remember. Long, comfortable trousers are required (ankles must be covered). I also suggest wearing a pair of boots. If you don't have them, sneakers are fine too.

Aah yes, the beautiful pictures of Aurora Borealis! The best that Lapland has to offer, the Northern Lights, right? Im going to be totally honest with you: To see the Aurora is all about luck. Thats why I want you to experience other great Lappish things in a small group; to have a good time for four hours with open fire, Lappish / Finnish food, drinks & treats, stories, views, the polar night, the surrounding nature and atmosphere. And if we are lucky, the skies are clear and the universe serves us right, the Aurora Borealis will add a final touch to our shared traditional Lappish experience in the winter nature. Heres what is going to happen: –Maximum amount of people on the experience is 4. – I will pick you up at 18.00 sharp – I use four different locations depending on the weather & forecast, all of them have roughly the same “schedule”: – A short walk through the night forrest – We start a fire at the lean-to. – Free hanging around the area, spotting the borealis ect. while I cook. – The Dinner – We can try to figure out do the Borealis really hum... – I will watch the borealis radar – If theres no Borealis by the first place, we head on top Ounasvaara for different views & change for Sledging – I will drop you off where you want Other things to note: The car we use is a 2017 Dacia Duster 4x4. After taking a personal break to become a dad in 2023, I am now again available to share this unique experience with you in 2024 and I couldn't be happier. During our day, we'll be visiting one of the last remaining oyster farms in Mali Ston, where a protected species of oysters grows. Join us on the farm and learn everything about the life of an oyster. How are they grown, farmed and brought to your table in a restaurant. You will taste these oysters with a glass of homemade wine. On the hot summer days, we can swim in the Adriatic sea, to refresh your day. Now and then, I dive in for the oysters and you are more than welcome to join me. Afterward, you will have some free time in Ston to explore the salt fields and the second-longest walls/fortifications in the world, or sit down for a meal or a wine tasting. A small family restaurant in the middle of the town makes it a perfect stop for us to enjoy some local food, taste wines and see what ice cream made of wine tastes like. As our day comes to an end with our drive towards Dubrovnik, you will now know much more about the world-famous oysters of Mali Ston. Strolling down a medieval street, we come to a unique church, home to a mysterious order of monks with a rather macabre task. Soon, we reach Castel Sant'Angelo, where we talk about one of Rome's most famous executions, which the city's people didn't want - the Cenci family. Learn how to easily and successfully make homemade pasta by joining us at our cooking school located in the historic centre of Rome. Our team of professional chefs is pleased to meet you and spend a fun and unique lesson teaching you the secrets of making Ravioli, Fettuccine, Spaghetti, and Tortelli in different shapes. We will provide you with all the necessary tools including a kitchen gown, rolling pin, pasta cutter, eggs, and flour. After the preparation, we will cook the pasta together with their sauces. Each participant will prepare their pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it with the rest of the group like a true Italian family. This experience will last for about 3 hours and will be an opportunity to socialize with other travellers and your host in an authentic Italian atmosphere. During the meal, we will serve the delicious organic Tuscan wine, which we produce on our farm called "Dalle Nostre Mani" using natural methods. If you want to drink during the lesson, you can buy some bottles at our shop before the lesson.
