“This is a place I never get bored of. Come rain or shine this incredible natural landmark is one not to miss. I would recommend visiting the information centre and taking the short hike over to Durdle Door. ”

“The iconic Cobb wall is an historic stone pier that stretches out to sea to protect the harbour at Lyme Regis. It famously features in Jane Austen's 'Persuasion' and was a memorable feature of John Fowles' novel 'The French Lieutenant's Woman' and the film adaptation (1981) featuring Meryl Streep and Jeremy Irons. ”

Water Park
“Set in 50 acres of beautiful New Forest countryside and lakes, there’s something for everyone at the New Forest Water Park – whether you’re on holiday or just fancy a great day out. The New Forest Water Park has been a friendly, family-run business for more than 25 years and has become the New Forest’s favourite venue to learn and enjoy a host of WaterSports – including WakeBoarding, Kayaking and Stand-up Paddle Boarding. Not to mention the massive inflatable assault course! You can also book an instructor to really perfect your skills on the water.”

Beach
“The magificant Durdle Door arch and beach is part of the Lulworth Estate and the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. You can access the shingle beach on foot via a path and steps over the hill from Lulworth Cove or down from the Car Park (located on the cliff top at Durdle Door Holiday Park.). The beach is recommended by the Marine Conservation Society for excellent water quality. The beach shelves steeply in places - please supervise your children at all times.”

“Gorgeous sandy beach with lots of activities for the children. Head for the Middle Beach where there's a great National Trust cafe and lots of equipment for hire. We've had lots of wonderful days out here. On the drive back towards Corfe Castle stop at the layby on your right where you'll usually find an ice cream van, and enjoy wonderful views over Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island. ”

Pier
“Beautiful surroundings and breathtaking views to Sandbanks in the west and the headland of Hengistbury Head in the east. Views of the Isle of Weight (left of the Pier) on clear sunny days. A 15-20 min walk along the prom, or take the land train to Bournemouth Pier and town centre.”
