Capitol Building
“It is a must see place in Budapest. The building is breathtaking both inside and outside, but if you travel just for a few days i would recommend just to take a walk there and enjoy the view and don't wait for hours to go in. Also a little tip: you can have an amazing view about the whole building from the Buda side (the other side of the Danube) or from boat cruises. The Hungarian Parliament Building (Hungarian: Országház, pronounced [ˈorsaːghaːz], which translates to House of the Country or House of the Nation), also known as the Parliament of Budapest after its location is the seat of the National Assembly of Hungary, a notable landmark of Hungary and a popular tourist destination in Budapest. Budapest was united from three cities in 1873, namely Buda, Óbuda, and Pest. Seven years later the Diet resolved to establish a new, representative parliament building, expressing the sovereignty of the nation.”

“St. Stephen's Basilica is a Roman Catholic basilica in Budapest, Hungary. It is named in honor of Stephen, the first King of Hungary (c 975–1038). It was the sixth largest church building in Hungary before 1920. Since the renaming of the primatial see, it's the co-cathedral of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Esztergom-Budapest. Today, it is the third largest church building in present-day Hungary. The site of today's basilica was a theater in the 18th century. Opera House
“The opera house in Budapest stands as one of the most beautiful Neo-Renaissance buildings in Europe.. Designed by Miklós Ybl, one of Europe's leading architects in the mid to late 19th century, the Budapest Opera House quickly became one of the most prestigious musical institutions in Europe. Many important artists performed here, including Gustav Mahler, who was also the director for three seasons. The Budapest Opera House is considered to be amongst the best opera houses in the world in terms of its acoustics, and has an auditorium that seats 1200 people. It is horseshoe-shaped and, according to measurements done by a group of international engineers, has the third best acoustics amongst similar European venues (after the Scala in Milan and the Paris Opera House). ”
