For me is the careful handling with my apartment the main point!
We will agree a standard rental agreement (in german language) once you arrived. The airbnb standard agreement is not valide. In our agreement the cancellation period is 7 days. The deposit is 350€ and must be in cash or before your arrival transferred by your bank before you will get the keys. It seems to be possible by airbnb as well.
2 guests bikes are available for free.
The use of the garden is permitted. Very nice for breakfast or dinner. A grill is available.
Wifi is available of course. And its quite fast.
The apartment will be handed over in clean condition and I expect that you will handed over to me in clean condition as well.
