This is a High Floor unit providing a dramatic ocean and city view. It looks down the shoreline A full bathroom and furnished are provided. The reserved covered parking stall is near the elevator. The building is secured with attendants and video cameras. The location is at the entrance to Waikiki and with a 5-minute walk to both Ala Moana Beach Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana Shopping Center ( the largest shopping center in the state). Many restaurants are near. Each unit is the building is privately owned. Several owners rent their unit through and office located in the building next door. We rent our units directly to guests and provide actual photos of our upgraded view rooms.

Our low rates are adjusted to compensate for the elevator renovations.
The board has been advised that the elevators installed on the exterior of the building are actually interior elevators that were not intended for exterior use. As such, the elevators experience a significantly higher number of service calls and actual downtime than normal elevators. Whenever one of the elevators goes down for service, residents will experience higher waiting times. There have been temporary occasions where both elevators are not working for a while. Please take this into consideration when making your reservations.

A rental of fewer than 30 days in many Waikiki condos requires a NUC certificate if it is not provided on a rental listing, ask for it and the unit number or your rental may not be available when you arrive.

We provide guests with a key fob located in an outside lock box that opens the front door and the parking area. The key fob also provides access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi and a washer/dryer area.

Whenever one of the elevators goes down for service, residents will experience higher waiting times. There have been temporary occasions where both elevators are not working. In this event, you will be reimbursed for the nights you do not stay in the rental because of both elevators not functioning. Our low rates are adjusted to compensate for possible elevator problems
Recently there have not been any complaints or problems with the elevators.
