Studio.Agnes offers the perfect base for couples or singles to relax and explore the twin towns of Agnes Waters and 1770.
Conveniently located 400m from the pristine patrolled main beach, shopping centre, museum and all Agnes waters has to offer.
A short 5 minute drive or half an hour bike ride to the beautifully historic town of 1770.

Studio.Agnes provides a relaxed, clean and private space for our guests to unwind after a long days exploring.
The studio has a private entrance to the side of the main unit where you will be greeted with a beautiful lush yard including an alfresco dining area and comfortable spot to enjoy the balmy afternoons.
Inside consists of an open plan bedroom/ living area with sliding door to allow the ocean breezes through. Brand new bathroom and kitchenette.
All the rooms have been newly decorated to create a calm and inviting space suitable for couples or single.

The bedroom consists of a comfortable queen sized bed, ceiling fan and built in
mirrored robe.
The Living area features a stylish sofa, wall mounted TV in which you can also watch from the comfort of the bed, air conditioning, books and cards for those cozy rainy days.
The brand new bathroom has a shower, toilet and full sized vanity. We supply bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer and a small amount of toiletries.
The kitchenette is well stocked with all the basic cooking utensils and appliances. There are also cleaning supplies and condiments for your convenience.
The kitchenette comes with a bar fridge, microwave, portable 2 burner stove top, toaster, kettle and small coffee pod machine.

Please note this is not a party house, be Mindful of our neighbours. The studio is a smoke free zone, guests are to only smoke outside away from the house.

Covid 19- we want you to know we do everything we can to keep our guests safe.
Our studio is professional cleaned to Covid standards between each guest.
All linen and towels are taken off site to be professionally laundered and are rotated between each booking. If you have any requests or concerns please don’t hesitate to message us prior to arrival and we will try our best to accomodate any requests.

Hi i’m Haili and my husbands name is cohen, together we have 2 beautiful sons.
We are lovers of Mother Nature and hope to explore every corner of the earth before our time is up.
We were born and raised in the beautiful northern rivers of NSW and growing up spent a lot of time camping and exploring the east coast of Australia.
6yrs ago was our first visit to the stunning twin towns of 1770 and Agnes Water in QLD. Like everyone that visits we instantly fell in love with this peaceful little seaside town and the community spirit that goes along with it.
We have now been fortunate enough to own a little slice of that paradise in which we host our humble little studio.
We love this part of Australia just as much as home and can’t wait to share it with you.
