Exclusive luxury, and an unimaginable experience living in a private 5 BHK pent-home, having breathtaking 300 degree panoramic views of Shimla, Kufri, and Naldehra.
Located amidst the peaceful residential neighborhood of Mashobra, our home is a splendid escape 10 Kms away from the commercial craziness of Shimla, at just 8 hours drive from Delhi, 3 hours drive from Chandigarh. Our property is only available for peaceful family getaways. Please read detailed description below before booking.

COVID Guidelines: As per the recent COVID-19 guidelines issued by the Government, travelers with double vaccine doses are no longer required to carry a COVID negative test report, however non / partially vaccinated guests would require to carry a COVID negative test report for every guest to enter the state of Himachal.

About our property:
Our property is a beautiful luxury mountain Pent-home having 300 degree panoramic view of gorgeous forest covered valleys, and the mighty Himalayan peaks (best views between September to February).

Property Layout
* The pent-home is a duplex home on 2 levels (4th & 5th Floor) and spreads across 5000 Sq.ft.
* The home comprises of 5 Bedrooms; i.e. 3 large bedrooms / suites, on lower level (4th Floor), each of them aesthetically decorated to bring the essence of colors of the mountain flower's - Red, Purple, and Orange.
* 2 Bedrooms are located on the upper level (5th Floor).
* Red & Purple bedrooms (on 4th Floor) are master bedrooms with attached / en-suite bathrooms and wardrobe dresser. Each bedroom has large bay window's to wake up with a splendid view.
* Orange room is slightly smaller, and has a balcony and bay-window. Orange room does not have an attached / en-suite bathroom, and share's the bathroom with the living room located adjacent to it.
* There are 2 bedrooms on the upper level (5th Floor). Both these room's have window's on 3 sides and no curtains / blinds (these rooms are for panoramic views from the bed itself). Late risers should not opt for this room or they are welcome to use eye-shades for sleeping during day time.
* 5th Floor bedrooms share a common bathroom located between the two rooms.
* A lavish Living room, with comfortable sitting for 12 guests, a dining area with 8 seating dining table, and having a bar, is located on the lower level (4th Floor) and is fitted with a large 42" LED TV for family viewing
* A large balcony deck overlooking the gorgeous valley spreads across the living room
* The elevator lobby opens into the living room on 4th floor
* A fully equipped kitchen is also located on the lower level
* Another stylish deck-style living room with private sitting for upto 10 guests is located on the upper level (5th floor) adjacent to the two bedrooms.
* The upper living room opens into a massive private sun-terrace spreading across approx 1800 sq.ft. and having a 300 degree full view of the valleys and peaks. The terrace is breathtaking, and one of its only kind in the entire area. One can even view Wildflower hall (Kufri), Viceroy's estate (Shimla), and many other important places from the terrace.

Accessibility & Movemement:
* The 4th Floor is accessible via elevator from the stilt parking
* The 4th Floor has wheelchair friendly accessibility and no steps within for wheelchair movement between the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms and living room.
* The 5th Floor is accessible via staircase from 4th Floor. Elevator does not go to 5th Floor.

Amenities:
* A 42 inch HD LED TV with DTH and streaming devices like Firestick (for Netflix) has been provided in the Living Room for family viewing
* 100 MBPS WiFi connection (better access on 4th Floor)
* Kitchen has most required utensils, appliances like double door refrigerator, RO water purifier, microwave, oven, gas stove, induction stove, toaster, mixer grinder, etc, and necessary cutlery, crockery and glassware.
* Bar cabinet is locked with our personal glassware which is not for guest usage
* All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply (25-40 Lts each)
* Fans / air-conditioning not required
* Heaters / heat convectors have been provided in all rooms for usage in winter. An LPG heater is kept in each living room for winter months (LPG heater is for usage of 1-2 hours only, and cannot be used for sleeping).
* Electric Blankets have been provided in all rooms
* 100% Power back up is through available through common generator (for the building). The generator is switched on in case of a power outage for more than 15 mins. It is not switched on instantly.
* Fresh clean Linen is provided at every check in

Rental Inclusions:
* Complementary Housekeeping - once a day
* Electricity - 50 Units per day (calculated pro-rata). Enough for running the house with heating. The cap is to prevent misuse / wastage of electricity by leaving water heaters / room heaters left on unattended. Additional electricity will be charged at Rs. 10 per unit.
* Free Wifi & Cable TV
* Complementary linen change - once a week

Rental Exclusions / extras:
* No meal is included in the price.
* Extra Linen change cost is INR 500 per bed per time

Meals & Dining:
* Dining / Pickup options are available in the vicinity
* We have tied up with a local resto kitchen nearby, and have prepared a selected menu with them for our guests (available at the property). Guests are welcome to order in food using the menu. The food is prepared fresh and all ingredients are bought fresh. The order should be made at least 3 hours in advance (between 10 AM - 7 PM) for the kitchen to prepare and deliver at the property. This encourages local community involvement to promote tourism. Our caretaker will heat and serve the food for our guests.

Our Caretakers:
* We have two caretakers to look after our guests. One of them looks after cleaning and housekeeping and is available at the property between 10 AM - 4 PM. Our second caretaker stays at the property (in his service quarter near parking area), and is available to look after guests basic needs like preparing tea, getting basic groceries, etc. Our Caretakers can prepare basic breakfast for our guests. A small fee of Rs. 500 per day is payable to them as a gratitude towards additional services. Groceries are to be provided by the guests as per choice. Our caretaker's cannot prepare full meals (lunch / dinner) for our guests. Please do not ask them to do so.

Stay arrangement for 1-2 nannies is possible in the living area (upper level). Mattresses will be provided. They should carry their own bed linen. They will have to use the caretaker's bathroom only.

Stay arrangement for other helpers like cook or driver is not available at the property. We can help find an accommodation within 1-2 km distance at an additional cost (subject to availability).

Parking for 2 cars is available in the stilt area.

Watching the sun rise over the mighty snow covered peaks, or an afternoon beer sitting under the bright sun, makes our home a blissful experience. The neighborhood is a beautiful, residential area with several apartments, homes, homestay's and resorts. The place is a heaven for Artists, Painters, Photographers, Bird watchers, and Star gazers. Since the neighborhood is a residential area, loud music or making noise is strictly prohibited.

Our property is managed by Hostie - a company for boutique travel homes in North India. The guests interaction will happen (over telephone / messaging) with our co-host Viney who is our Zonal Director and looks after Himachal. Viney stays in Faridabad, and I stay in Gurgaon, however we are both available to look after our guests needs at all times.

Our caretaker will be assisting the guests during their stay.

Our local manager, may visit the property from time to time to check with you if you are doing fine, or if there is any issue you are facing, and also to check the property for any damages. This is essential for us, and we understand and respect your privacy. He will take prior telephonic appointment from you before visiting the property, and we request you to kindly accommodate him to do his job.

For any time, if you require any urgent assistance, our immediate response team numbers along with our contact numbers will be mentioned at the property in house rules, as well as at other places. Please feel free to reach out to us any time 24 X 7 in case of any emergency, We will be there for you!
