The Icely Cottage, a beautiful quaint 3 bedroom property located in the trendy East Orange Village.
Explore on foot as you are walking distance to the CBD of Orange, with lush green parks, Kinross School, Bills beans coffee shop and The Corner Store Gallery at your fingertips and even 2 x bikes to use at your leisure you definitely won't be disappointed with what this little gem has to offer.

East Orange Village is a trendy area full of history. The area is quiet, safe and super friendly. Supplying a plethora of heritage cottages, it is a sort after area to live and stay thanks to it's closeness to the CDB of Orange, schools, cafes, post office, Art galleries and parks.

Look up the East Orange heritage Trail or pick up a map from our Visitor Information Centre to discover step by step the history of the area.

The Icley Cottage is 7 minute walk to Bills Beans Coffee and East Orange post office.
A 6 minute walk to The Corner Store Gallery, 10 minute walk to the fabulous Charred Restaurant and 10 minute walk to the Ophir Tavern (Amazing food and amazing play area, perfect for the family with kids).
Kinross School is only 1.7kms away.
For fast food convenience, you will find all the major outlets within a 1.8 km radius including 7-Eleven and Bp Service station.
The property sits on Icely Road and when the road is followed east you will travel the Icely Road Vineyard tour where you will come across some fabulous vineyards like Mayfield Vineyard, Patina, Sassy Wines and Moody's wine.
