A warm welcome awaits you. Our traditional Mongolian Yurts are made in the UK and provide guests with a luxurious glamping experience. We have two Yurts available to hire for a minimum of two nights. You have exclusive use of the whole campsite.

There are wonderful views from the Yurts of the Northern Pennines and the distant mountains of the Lake District. We are not far from one of the protected Dark Night Sky areas and on clear nights we certainly enjoy the stunning starlight performance.

The Yurts are 18ft circular spaces with a double bed and two single beds (for children) in each yurt, a small kitchen bench and space to hang clothes, store logs etc. Between the two yurts we can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Outside of each yurt is a space for outdoor dining, outdoor seating and BBQ and one of our Yurts has the wood fired hot tub and a fire pit.

There are two compost toilets with hot running water sinks and one shower room (this is next to the toilets but separate from them). There is also a washing up area.

The price includes the hire of the whole site, so both yurts and all the amenities, plus an acre of countryside to run around in! You do not have to share the space or facilities with anybody other than your friends and family!
