It is in a fabulous central location on La Manga Club, being close to the Par 47 pitch & putt course and within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants, shops, the tennis centre and the kids club.

There is a covered terrace at the rear, which has ample patio furniture and a gas barbeque. Access to the community garden and pool is down a few steps, protected by a gate which can be locked.

The villa is fully air conditioned, has a games room with table tennis table, and wireless internet access is also included in the price.
