My studio is big enough to comfortably accommodate 3-4 Adults with 1- King Size Aloe Vera Hybrid mattress & 1-Queen Size Gel memory foam sofa sleeper plus exclusive use of my reserved parking stall. As a added bonus for my guests, a ROKU streaming device as been installed which includes Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, etc. Professionally cleaned & turned over after every stay, you'll be provided with fresh linens & ample towels to accommodate your entire group.

The recreation deck, pool, fitness room, Vending & Ice machines are all conveniently located on the same floor and strategically placed at the end of the corridor, minimizing unnecessary foot traffic from the main hallway.

Walking score 92 & ideally situated at the central core of Honolulu, you’ll be within walking distance to the beach, shopping centers, local businesses & restaurants. Kalo Hale (Legally operated Air BnB) is located in a quaint boutique Hotel which showcases the charm of a classic Hawai'i. Unique experience offering you convenience & security of a commercial operated lodging plus the comforts of home- all WITHOUT the standard “DAILY Resort Fee” charged at all established hotels.....What a deal!!!

*Public transportation* TheBus stop is located directly in front of the hotel. Just a few steps from the lobby entrance, Commuting via TheBus is easy which offers numerous routes.

If you plan to explore the island to check off the numerous “must-do & must-see”, your reservation will include free parking in my reserved parking stall, which would normally cost anywhere between $25-$45+/night in Waikiki alone.

Oahu has a lot to offer and my personal day-trip recommendations will require some sort of transportation. Hawaii roadways are pretty easy to navigate, so to make the most of your trip, having a vehicle for a couple days will help maximize your time here on island.

NAME : Kalo Hale pronounced “Kah-Low-Hah- leh” means "Taro House". Taro is the staple of the Native Hawaiian diet and at the core of the Hawaiian culture. The Kalo leaves are showcased on the hand painted mural, my main source of inspiration. Hawaiians believe the taro plant to be sacred and is also considered central to the Native Hawaiian creation story. My space was also inspired by local artists whose work will be periodically featured throughout the condo. Photos, canvas prints &/or hand drawings will be displayed and may be offered for purchase-exclusively to my guest alone.

We take the safety of our guests seriously and have implemented using a UV sterilizer in addition to our professional cleaning procedures before/after each guest stay. The use of UV sterilization, or ultraviolet germicidal irradiation, has been found to be extremely effective. Source of UV sterilization can kill over 99% of viruses, bacteria, and fungi in an extremely short amount of time. The UV sterilizer utilizes a germicidal fluorescent lamp that produces light at a wavelength of approximately 254 nanometer (2537 Angstrom). As the light penetrates the bacteria/algae, it mutates the DNA (genetic material), preventing growth/multiplication of the organisms.

My home is ideally located in the heart of Metro Honolulu. At the edge of the Wakiki & Ala Moana neighborhood, you’re placed within walking distance to almost everything you'll need for a nice day out without transportation. With a walk score of 92, you can walk to Ala Moana Center(12 mins) or throw on some sunscreen and stroll down to Kahanamoku beach & lagoon to watch the Friday night fire work show held weekly by the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Kahanamoku Beach & lagoon is a great family friendly spot conveniently located right across the street.
