WELCOME TO THE BROUGHTON STREET LOFT

Thank you selecting our home as your vacation home. My staff and I hope your Savannah experience is everything you are looking for in a vacation. We love this loft apartment and hope that you will as well. We strive to keep the loft clean and comfortable. If anything is not to your liking, please call me, (912) 230-1135 and we will do our best to take care of your concerns as soon as possible.

Your vacation home is located at 310 W. Broughton Street, Apt. 3013
Savannah, Georgia
Check in is at 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 10:00 a.m.

Directions:
As you enter Savannah on Hwy 16 you will see that Hwy 16 becomes Montgomery Street. You will see the Civic Center on your right at the corner of Montgomery and Liberty. Continue through that light. Then you will see the Chatham County Courthouse on your left. There is a parking garage beside the Courthouse and one just across from the Courthouse. The on the side of the Courthouse seems the closest to me. There are several within walking distance and for more information, please visit: http://www.savannah.com/parking-in-savannah

When parking on the street, please read the parking signs carefully so as to avoid getting a ticket. Parking is FREE from 8:00 p.m. till 8:00 a.m., as long as you are not in a “sweep area” on certain nights. It’s confusing so be sure you read the signs carefully.

Once you pass the Courthouse, the next intersection will be Montgomery and Broughton Streets. Your building is on that corner. You will need to enter through the Montgomery Street Side. You will see a black awning which reads, “New Broughton Condominiums.” On the side of the door you will see a key pad. The code for that door is 1812. Once inside, please take the elevator to the third floor. Your vacation home will be on the left, #3013. Along side the door you will see a lock box. The code to open the box is 1207. The ONLY key is inside.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO REPLACE IT EACH TIME YOU COME AND GO.

You are welcome to treat the loft as your home while you visit, however please do not move the furniture except when using the pullout couch and please DO NOT disconnect any entertainment equipment. There is no smoking in the home, and Pets are not allowed.

We provide all the necessary inside linens. Your cleaning fee covers this and it is not necessary for you to remove the linens from the beds on check out.

In an effort to keep you comfortable, please do not operate the air conditioner with the windows and doors open in the hottest time of the year. This will cause the air conditioner to “freeze up” and you will be without air conditioning until I can get a repair man, which on holidays and in the summer could be hours or days. If your visit is during warmer weather please set the AC to 75, if you are visiting during the cooler months, please set the heat to 65.

If we are in an no heat or cool season, it will be fine to turn the unit “off”.

I have tried to cover almost everything here, but if you have a question please call me, text me or email me. I will get right back with you.

Leaving
Your vacation, as all good things must come to an end and when that time comes, please keep the next guest in mind by following the above instructions and leave things as close to the way they were when you checked in.

When leaving, please remove all trash from the home. At the Montgomery entrance/exit there is access to the alley and just at the corner there is a large dumpster. Please place all trash in the dumpster. Please do not leave trash in the loft.

Make sure all the doors and windows are closed and locked. Be sure you have checked and have collected all of your personal items. There is a $25.00 fee for shipping any items left behind, plus any mailing or postage fees. Please return the key to it’s original location so the next folks will be able to get in.
