Slice of Sawtell has all the comforts you need for your beachside vacay, including reverse cycle air-conditioning, open plan living, large outdoor deck and entertaining area with BBQ, two large queen sized bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Our apartment not only provides the largest living space in the block but also features large floor to ceiling north facing window to provide you with beautiful early morning sun to enjoy the lush tropical gardens that surround the large outdoor deck.

We provide two large bedrooms both featuring floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, ceiling fans and brand new luxurious Burba carpet for your comfort.
Bed 1: Queen size bed, floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, ceiling fans.
Bed 2: 2 King Single Beds, floor to ceiling built in wardrobes and ceiling fans.

We also provide a fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops and additional kitchen appliances including Espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and oven and all necessary utensils and cooking equipment.
The apartment has a modern main bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is also an outdoor shower provided at the entry when you return from the beach.
The living area features lounge and TV with Apple TV, NETFLIX, KAYO Sports, free Wifi and stacker sliding doors which completely open out to the deck to give the feeling of indoor/outdoor open living and beautiful 6 person seating and established tropical garden for your privacy. Suitable for couples and/or families.

A single electric lock up garage is provided with ample additional on street parking.
Port-a-cot, bassinet and high chair available upon request.
Linen is provided: Luxury sheets, pillows, towels, Bath mat, Hand towels, Face washers and Beach towels.

Only 2 min walking distance to Sawtell main street which provides the popular Treeo and Split cafe for breakfast and lunch or if you prefer dinner options there are many restaurants available such as Lime Mexican, Village burgers, Fish Tales Pub, Kimono Japanese, Thai Tales and Treeo and Taste for Australian fine cuisine.
