Get ready to experience Ibiza as a celebrity by staying at this luxurious studio, ideal for a romantic getaway with your love, or solo travelers here for business. Located in the VIP area of the island, Botafoch Marine, you’ll enjoy top of the notch amenities, as well as proximity to all the hip places in town.

With 45 square meters and a minimalistic decor that uses some rustic elements to give that “beachy” vibe, this studio is equipped with everything you’ll need to have a luxurious stay and pamper you as you deserve. The studio has a loft style, however, even though all the spaces are open, the distribution makes you enjoy enough privacy as well.
At the living area, you’ll find a large, fluffy, and stylish sofa, great to sit lay back and read a Good book, or even to take an energizing nap before going out to party. In front of it, there is a wall that divides this area from the bedroom, where a Flat-screen TV is located, ideal to sit and watch a Good movie or your favorite show at any time of the day.
The large tempered glass windows will let the sunlight it, making the apartment really bright, but it will also give you access to the terrace, beautifully furnished with a coffee table and chairs, perfect to enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon tea, or even some drinks at night while staring at the view.
The bedroom is also big a bright and is equipped with a double bed, with top-quality linens, mattress, and pillows, that will provide you with the best nights of sleep. It also has a private bathroom, so you don’t have to leave the room whenever you want to take a shower or get ready. The bedroom has a large balcony as well, from where you’ll be able to work out with a view, as it has an elliptical machine to do some cardio and a mat for the yogis.
Finally, the kitchen is completely equipped with everything you’ll need to cook delicious meals, including a toaster, coffee maker, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, all kitchen utensils, and tableware. A beautiful dining table that serves for 4 will be available, so you can even invite some friends over for a nice dinner at home.
The apartment includes other amenities such as WIFI, air conditioning in all areas, and a common pool. But the greatest part is its location, as you’ll be right in the middle of the historical part of Ibiza, with amazing restaurants and famous clubs within walking distance.

THE SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT AFTER 21:00 hours implies an additional cost of €30, and after 23.00 hours €40.
On the day of arrival, an identity document and the signing of the lease agreement will be required in accordance with local laws.
The validity of the lease would begin at 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. (Unless stated otherwise).
The termination of the contract is at 11:00 am on the day of departure. (Unless stated otherwise).
A delay in the check-out process will be interpreted as a breach of the rental conditions and therefore, punishable. If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled date of the rental for any reason, you must inform us promptly.
If objects, furniture and tools were to be compromised, broken and not in good condition when you arrive you must immediately inform our staff, and they will immediately contact the owner to repair them as soon as possible. Guests will be responsible for defects and damages to the property, and will be charged the costs of necessary repairs, after a "bad habit", omission and negligence in the maintenance of objects, furniture, tools and accessories that are presented on the property at check-in.
Our staff and the owner cannot be held responsible for irregularities and breaches regarding water, electricity and telephone supplies, etc., when they are produced by third parties or public entities involved in the work in the vicinity.
Home clean
On the day of the termination of the contract the property must be left clean as delivered at the time of contract initiation. We invite you to be especially attentive to this point before signing the contract. If this clause is not respected, a variable amount will be deducted from the deposit.
1.- If you are interested in renting this property, you must know that in order to proceed with your reservation you must sign a special season lease agreement with the rental amount and the corresponding dates. This lease is governed by the regulations applicable to leases for use other than housing, in accordance with the provisions of art. 3, 4.1, and 4.3 of Law 29/1994 on Urban Leases (LAU).
2.- The present contract is granted in accordance with the provisions of Law 29/1994, of 24 November, on Urban Leases and will be governed by the terms agreed in this contract, and in everything not included in it, by what is determined in Title III of the aforementioned Law, and additionally by the provisions of the Civil Code, and in no case are they subject to Law 6/2017, of July 31, on the modification of Law 8/2012, of July 19, on tourism in the Balearic Islands, relating to the commercialization of tourist stays in housing.
3.- The lessor of said property does not offer the following services, in compliance with the aforementioned laws:
a) Periodical cleaning of the house.
b) Supply of bed linen, linen, household goods in general and replacement of these.
c) Maintenance of facilities
d) Any other that can be determined by regulation.
**** IMPORTANT, it is not a "tourist apartment" or "Vacation Apartment", it is a lease for use other than housing and is governed by this Law *****.

Guaranteed cleaning and sanitizing treatments

All rooms were ventilated, cleaned and sanitized with specific disinfectant detergents (including 75% alcohol) with particular attention to the surfaces that are touched more frequently (handles, knobs, electrical switches, toilets, taps, kitchen worktop and shelves of the furniture).

The linen is subjected to washing cycles at 90 degrees and specific sanitizing detergents.

Common use spaces

We proceed with the frequent cleaning of the condominium spaces and surfaces in common use, elevator included.

Tips for guests

Upon coming back home it is recommended to remove the footwear for the outdoors, using only indoor footwear.
