A modern and renovated 1 bedroom 4th floor apartment in the popular Edificio Apolo in the center of Marbella, very close (95m) to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars, pharmacy, etc.

This modern apartment has been fully renovated, is west facing and there is a seasonal communal swimming pool and also a residents private parking area.

Accommodation comprises; Lift access, lounge/dining room with doors to the terrace overlooking Calle Camilo Jose Cela. Compact fitted kitchen with electric hob, coffee maker, washing machine, etc. Lovely double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, doors to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

An ideal base, comfortable, close to everything in Marbella and only a 10 minute walk into the Old Town. A car is definitely not required!

ALL CUSTOMERS ARE INFORMED THAT THE COMMUNITY POOLS WILL REMAIN CLOSED DURING SUMMER 2020 AS A SAFETY MEASURE FOR COVID-19.

There is private communal parking available, based on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Otherwise, there is a local underground parking nearby.

The pool is open from June 15 to September 15.

If you arrive earlier and the apartment is available, there will be no problem for you to enter earlier without additional charge.

If your arrival is later than 9:00 p.m., you must contact the agency before confirming your reservation.

The cleaning of the apartment is included as long as the apartment is collected, the kitchen is cleaned and the garbage deposited in the containers on the street, otherwise charges may apply.

Largely free from the high-rise blocks that characterise much of Spain’s southern coast, Marbella has an enchanting old town that echoes traditional Andalucia and is full of history. Its origins date back to 1600 BC so it’s fair to say that a little part of history can be found in every corner of the “old town” (Casco Antiguo). With its Moorish castle, and famous “Orange Square” (Plaza de los Naranjos), home to a mix of traditional coffee bars, terrace restaurants and boutique shops. Locals and tourists alike while away lazy afternoons and evenings lingering over drinks or a meal.. The historical old quarter with the Andalucian/Moorish mix can still be found with its flower filled balconies and narrow streets.
The Golden Mile is a stretch of four miles between Marbella and Puerto Banús, on which are located some of the most luxurious residences in Marbella, including the opulent Palace of King Fahd.

Puerto Banus itself, offers the ultimate in glitz and glamour. Renowned for its nightlife, there is an array of restaurants, bars and swanky cocktail lounges as well as a casino and port that heaves with impressive luxury yachts and fast power boats.

This is a wonderful area to enjoy your holidays and only 30 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport.
