This is a Modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath is perfect for guests traveling to see the wonders of LA and all the fun activities and sights it has to offer! Walking distance to Universal Studios and Universal CityWalk, this Unit is perfect for family and friends! The Unit is conveniently located across one of LA's most accessible highways for your trips beyond Hollywood (such as Disneyland, Six Flags, Malibu) and nestled just down the street from tree-lined family friendly neighborhoods.

Full chef's kitchen, stainless steel appliances, solid wood bed furniture, full-size bathtub, in-unit washer and dryer, safe parking available on street with permit.
We provide one (1) complimentary parking permit. LOST or DEFACED PERMITS WILL INCUR FEE of $200.00! Please be sure to return the permit after your stay as they cannot be replaced.
Smart TV is available for use, however, there is no cable available.
SmartTV works with your OWN login accounts ONLY.
There is a roomy queen sized bed in Bedroom 1. The 2nd bed is a futon-convert sofa in the living room, that easily and comfortably converts to a double bed for 2!

This Unit contains 1 full bathroom, with soak bathtub and shower.

You'll have full access to the entire home, including:
1. Access to bedroom, washer/dryer, common spaces and bathroom.
2. You are likewise provided with cooking pots and pans, glasses, silverware, dishwater and all the necessities needed for a home-like stay.
PLEASE NOTE:
There IS NO ACCESS TO THE BUILDING'S LOWER PARKING LOT. THOSE SPACE ARE RESERVED FOR BUSINESSES ONLY. DO NOT PARK OR STOP IN THE BUILDING LOT FOR ANY REASON.

Please, NO going inside the lot to unload the car. Please no blocking driveway, gate or idling in the lot for ANY DURATION.

The Parking Permit will be provided for street parking. Your street parking is conveniently located directly outside of the building. You are able to park anywhere on the street, where signs and curbs allow. PLEASE BE SURE TO DISPLAY PARKING PERMIT AT ALL TIMES; HOST(S) ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TICKETS, TOWING OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE OR ISSUES AS A RESULT OF PROPER OR IMPROPER STREET PARKING.

Host(s) will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have during your stay.

We take pride in open communication and in addressing any questions or concerns immediately and clearly so that you may fully enjoy your stay. We respectfully ask that calls and messages be limited between the hours of 9am and 10pm daily.

Your Neighborhood has great access to the 101 Freeway, making travel all around Los Angeles very easy and accessible. Keep in mind, this a big and busy city.

The surrounding area has quaint bars and restaurants and is MERE BLOCKS AWAY from Universal Studios and the tons of restaurants, bars and the nightlife of Universal CityWalk!

Because our city is lively and fun, please remember and be aware that the neighborhood has some degree of city noise and sound throughout the evening and late night; this sound is easily tolerable but should be noted for light sleepers. No refunds or credits will be given because of ambient noise complaints. If you are a light sleeper, please feel free to bring ear plugs which will easily eliminate any issues with city noise.

Conversely, the surrounding neighborhood makes for a beautiful morning walk in the residential, tree-lined neighborhood.

The Highway and its proximity is a great resource to use for your own vehicle, or Uber. Likewise, there are many bus stops all along the surrounding blocks, close to the residence.

House Rules:
Please note and be aware, you are staying in a residence. Your host(s) will attempt to be as accommodating as possible but please be alert that we do NOT provide hotel or concierge services. You are staying independently in a residence.

We do not provide delivery services, we do not provide daily maid services. We do not provide beauty amenities such as wash clothes, makeup remover, or or specific materials. Please bring what is absolutely essential for you. We will not take calls after 10pm so as to devote time to our families. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Permit parking is on the street. Permit will be provided by Host for on-street parking in front of the Building. No parking or unloading the car is permitted in the closed lot of the building. Please let me know if advance how many vehicles you will have.

We love it when you have a good time--but please respect your neighbors and municipal rules--no loud music or obnoxious noises before 8am or after 11pm. If loud noise disturbs other tenants, host reserves the right to terminate your reservation with NO REFUND. Please be respectful of everyone's residence. Please note small children or elderly may be nearby.

Should you encounter a medical/fire emergency please dial 911. DO NOT CONTACT YOUR HOSTS IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY; IMMEDIATELY CALL 911. Host(s) take no responsibility for ANY costs incurred by Guests during an emergency situation.

Please treat this home as if it were your own, respect the objects and people inside and outside the residence.

Please remove all shoes, heels and outdoor wear so as to protect the hardwood floors that are in your Unit. EXCESS WEAR AND TEAR FROM SHOES OR SCRATCHES WILL RESULT IN A FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND/OR OTHER PENALTIES TO REPAIR HARDWOOD FLOOR DAMAGE.

If the Unit is left in complete disarray or squalor, an extra cleaning fee will be charged so as to compensate our hardworking cleaning staff.

Video Inventory is taken at the beginning and at the end of each and every stay. Any broken, damaged or missing items or furniture will be charged to guests at market value.

You have access to the entire apartment and to the front of the buildings. PLEASE NOTE: GUEST ACCESS CODES WILL BE GIVEN IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL SO AS TO ALLOW FOR EFFICIENCY BETWEEN RESERVATIONS. Early or late check in/out will be granted ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS, depending on flexibility and availability. Late check outs and/or early check-ins without prior approval by host with FORFEIT the security deposit in its entirety. This cannot be waived. Thank you for your understanding, anticipated cooperation and respect.

PLEASE NOTE: Host(s) want to provide the most enjoyable stay for you and your family and friends. We cannot control or provide the following: 1) daily maid services, food delivery services, tailoring and/or laundry services of any kind. 2) We cannot (though we wish) control any outside noise, including but not limited to: neighbors use of their own apartments, highway and roadways noise edited from motorcycles, sports vehicles, garbage trucks and City work.
PLEASE NOTE: The unit is wonderfully placed within walking distance to Universal Studios and conveniently near highway US-101 which will take you to destinations around the City. This highway, however will emit some background noise during traffic hours and some highway "white noise" in the evening/night. If you are a particularly light sleeper please take note of this noise an plan accordingly. This noise is not obnoxious but might require planning for some. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY (simple ear plugs will more than suffice) if City noise is an issue, and please understand you are coming to one of the busiest and most active and exciting Cities in the US. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
