The house is in a residential area and not suitable for excessive noise or parties. Due to recent parties no groups of under 25 years permitted.

A spacious and well-presented 3-bedroom modern town house located in a central location just 10 minutes’ walk from Plymouth Hoe, Royal William Yard the City Centre and the Theatre Royal. Amenities including supermarkets, Brittany Ferries and the Plymouth Pavilions are all within a 5 minutes’ walk.

The property is a beautiful family home and can easily accommodate couples as well as families.

There is a private car parking space located in a secure area and accessible only by remote which of course will be provided during your stay meaning that you can simply drive up to the back of the property and within feet of the private entrance ensuring you have a minimal distance to carry your personal effects.

A well-insulated and thus warm and welcoming modern 3 bedrooms townhouse in Plymouth with private entrance doors both front and back. It has a small balcony at the front which overlooks the communal grounds and a private decked courtyard at the back which is south facing so you can enjoy a warn evening in the comfort of your own surroundings.

The property has a bedroom on each floor and also toilet facilities all in close proximity to each bedroom ensuring privacy and convenience for all. Each bedroom has been decorated and furnished providing ample storage for anyone who packs with a disregard for luggage allowances when travelling (!)

Ground Floor

On the ground floor is a larger than single bedroom which has a single bed in it - this can pull out to double should you wish (this is not a sofa bed), we have put pictures for you to see this to get an appreciation of the size. We would stress that when the bed is pulled out there is limited room in the bedroom as a result although it’s still big enough to fit the bedside table. The toilet and basin on the bottom floor is located a few feet from the bedroom door. The kitchen comes with an American style fridge freezer, microwave, double oven, and of course the necessary kettle, ironing board, iron and pots and pans. We also installed a small TV for if you want to watch your favourite TV chef make the same dish as you.

Middle Floor

The middle floor has a double bedroom with the main bathroom with bath, shower, wc and basin next door. The lounge is also located on this floor which is equipped with a 44” TV. NOW TV with the entertainment package along with basic SKY is provided. Of course we realise that the world is often a digital one so have provided free WiFi to plan your visits to the attractions of the South West.

Top Floor

The top floor has an en-suite adjoining a spacious king-size bedroom

The external communal area at the front of the property is a well maintained and well-lit area which children can play in during the day should they so wish. It also has more than enough area if you wanted to picnic out the front and enjoy a break from the city.

The train station and bus station are only a 5 minute taxi ride away

Some of the best rated bars and restaurants are within minutes of the property including Rock salt and Salumi providing fine dining options without the need to drive. Alternatively there are literally hundreds of alternative options with 10 minutes’ walk to suit any taste or budget.

Should you wish to escape the city completely and enjoy a country estate the Cromwell ferry is within a 5 minutes’ walk of the house and after a short ferry ride across the water you find yourself in a 100 acre estate enjoying Frisbee Golf, or the delights of the beach or grounds.

Should beaches be your thing Plymouth boasts a LOT – Cornwall has even more of course and the Tamar Ferry is less than a 10 minute drive ensuring you can discover the beauty of some of the best unspoilt beaches in Cornwall in a short car ride.

In contrast the Plymouth Barbican stooped in character and history is within 15 minutes’ walk of the property should you wish to discover Plymouth of old , or simply relax and have a drink on the water front watching the boats come in.

Plymouth is named the Oceanic City and this property makes all of this accessible and reachable in terms of both day and night life.
