Completed in March 2018, this property is part of a Grade II listed Georgian workhouse set in 12 acres. Light and airy throughout, with high celings, original beams, large sash windows and french doors opening to a small lawned garden with patio and seating. There are 3 local pubs within a couple of miles, all of which are walkable with care and subject to weather conditions (the walk across the marsh can get very wet!) There's a village shop at The White Hart in Blythburgh and the nearest big supermarket is the Co-op in Halesworth which is a 10 minute drive. If you like walking there are lots of footpaths to explore. It's a 20 minute drive to the stunning RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere and 30 minutes to Snape, Aldeburgh and Thorpeness.
