This penthouse boasts a large, private terrace with stunning views. It's located in the historical centre of Seville, next to Europe’s oldest public square, La Alameda de Hercules, where an eclectic array of dining and entertainment is offered. It is a bright and airy space which has been newly renovated and refurbished. It has a double bedroom, open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen. There is WiFi, A/C and ELEVATOR.

This magnificent penthouse is situated next to the famous square “La Alameda de Hercules” in the heart of the historical centre of Seville. The apartment is ideal for not only couples and friends, but also families with one or two children. The flat has been completely refurbished after its renovation in April 2017. The new design encompasses the typical ‘Sevillian’ style with a contemporary twist, bringing together a perfect combination of comfort and tradition. It is located on a very quiet and safe street.

Above all else, the apartment boasts a spectacular private terrace with beautiful views of the city centre, perfect to enjoy both sunny days and fantastic nights in the city.

The apartment comprises of a cosy bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed, an ensuite bathroom, an open-plan living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a four-person dining table, plus a fully equipped, independent kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hob, various small appliances: "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all crockery and tableware you may need.

The apartment has high quality air conditioning for the summer months, a Smart-TV and high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection. Washing machine, cleaning products, iron and ironing board are also all at your disposal.

Sets of towels, sheets, blankets, a hair dryer and extra amenities, such as shower gel and shampoo, are provided for all guests. If you are planning a longer stay, you can also arrange room service for €30 - including cleaning and a change of linen. Either myself or one of the Check-In staff will welcome you upon your arrival and, will be here to help throughout your trip to recommend the best places to eat and drink etc.

In the city itself, there is the possibility of renting bicycles which we will be happy to help organise if desired! We are at your disposal for any questions or problems you may have during your trip (routes, reservations, restaurants, etc.)

You will have full access to the apartment, which can be reached by the elevator. On request, if you are traveling with a baby or young child, we can supply a cot, highchair and baby bathtub, at no additional cost, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Check-In is available from 2:00 pm on the first day that you have booked the apartment. If you arrive earlier, it is possible to leave your bags in the apartment from midday at no additional cost, while it is being cleaned, so that you are able to explore the city as soon as possible! If you are planning on driving, there are spaces on the road to park but it is usually very busy, so we can also recommend a public car park which is very near to the apartment.

Check-Out is at 12:00 midday, on the last day that you have booked the apartment. Subject to availability, we can offer a late Check-Out free of charge.

IMPORTANT: Check-In after 22:00h incurs a supplement of €20 and after 24:00h (midnight) of €30.

This apartment meets the requirements set out in Decree 28 on 2nd February 2016 and other regulations applicable to the exercise of this tourist activity in terms of dimensions, furniture, equipment and services.

As of May 2016, all apartments on AirBnB are regulated by the aforementioned Regional Law (Decree 28/2016), which in Article 7 requests the owner to ask all guests, over 16 years old, for their identification documents. During Check-In, as in hotels, you will be asked to complete a signed form with details of your identity (name, surname, date of birth, nationality, date of issue, passport or identity document) which by law must be sent to the police within 24 hours of arrival. If you have any special requirements, please do inform us before your arrival and we will try our best to help you in every way possible.

Upon arrival, we will welcome you personally and show you around the apartment. In addition, we can recommend the best things to do in the city with regards to both sight-seeing and gastronomy, so that you can make the most of your time here in Seville. We will also explain where the nearest supermarkets, pharmacies and any other services you may need are located. There is also the possibility of renting bicycles nearby, which we can help organise if desired. Naturally, we are happy to answer any other questions that may arise.
