This apartment is the perfect place to relax and calm down in the beautiful village of Conil.....even when you are a very active person. The private roof top terrace gives a small view to sea (not a lot but you can see it) and offers you the opportunity to calm down whenever you need time out from the crowd and night life.
The apartment is located in about 1000m distance from the beach and 500m from the center. The area normally offers enough of free parking space in the road.

The apartment is very lightfull which can hardly be found in the center of Conil due to high concentration of building in the village itself.
Floor levelt windows leadind to the surrounding patios and rooftop terraces garantee bright living space.
In total the flat has a superficial of 46 m2 and an adicional 42m2 private roof top terrace.
You enter the flat for the living and dining area which is opened to the kitchen. You find a sofa (bed-sofa) for four persons, a middle sized table and three chairs with armrest.
On the right side there is something like a small doorway area with 2 doors: one leading to the bathroom with earth levelt shower plate and the other to the bedroom which has 1,60m double bed and a big built in wardrobe. There are two windows in the bedroom: lefthand floor: floor-levelt goin to a patio (no view from neighbours) and right hand side: normal leading to another rooftop terrace. Of course there are blinds in every window to darken up and garantee a peaceful sleep.
The apartment forms part of apartment building, has no fronts to any street and is very calm. Our guests do not have to fear motorcycle noise at night.
Domestic equipments: we bought the flat in summer 2017 and reformed it entirely: kitchen and bathroom. All domestic appliance we chose middle average quality: induction plate, micro wafe, air condition, oven, LED Smart TV etc.. When it came to choose the matress we took a high quality product because we are convinced that sleep is one of the most important things to have a good time and there is no worse than back pain.
The roof top terrace is located above the flat and can be reached by the stairwell. It is higher than the buildings in the direct surrounding, so one is protected from curious views. it is equipped with a big table, two chairs with arm rest and a 5 element sofa which can be combined however you like.

We highly value that commodities are exchanged frequently whenever it is needed to keep a high standard. We also value a good communication with our guests in order to understand what they need to enjoy their stay and we are pleased for constructive critism. If something was not to your satisfaction, we would do our very best to change it. Communication is the base for all.
The apartment has a 4,6kW power which is a lot for local conditions within the village of Conil. If there are high electricity consumers at the same time working (such as for example Heating Water Boiler, Dish Washer, air condition, oven and hair dryer), than the fuse can blow. If you do not want to renounce the simultaneous use of all these devices, we would kindly ask you to choose another accommodation, because all what matters to us is a happy and satisfied guest who has a pleasant stay: electricity power and constructive conditions are out of our sway and strength to change it....even though we would like to do it for you.

gebürtig aus Goslar: lebenslustig, offen und tierlieb. Mit meinem Mann Uli habe ich 10 Jahre in Toulouse verbracht, 5 weitere in Sevilla und haben nun seit 2016 den Entschluss gefasst unser neues Zuhause an die Costa de la Luz dauerhaft zu verlegen.
