The house is a very short stroll to Wotonga basin and the Wimmera River for walking tracks, bike tracks and fishing. Wotonga is a 3 bedroom brick home with two living areas and open plan kitchen, dining. Fully renovated ensuite. Dishawasher, gas heating and evaporated cooling. Full laundry facilities, bbq and undercover outdoor area.
