Чем вы займетесь

You can choose to make pizza margherita, marinara or pizza fritta. You will be a pizza chef for 2 hours!!

FIRST STEP
I will teach you about the dough ingredients. We will make the neapolitan pizza dough, Seems easy but it is not so. We will do it with flour, brewer's yeast and ... a secret ingredient, so we will mix everything until it will be ready.
I will explane the most important skills to make the best dough.

SECOND STEP
We will try the products used to make pizza. You will have a detailed explanation on the products of our land. Taste the tomato, fresh mozzarella, salame and olive oil. This step will help you to understand how is important to use high quality products to make the best pizza.

THIRD STEP
Now we have to divide the balls from the dough. I will show you the oldest way to do that. Called "mozzatura" , learned from the mozzarella maker.

FOURTH STEP
I will give you the ingredients to make an authentic Neapolitan margherita pizza. It is the most popular pizza in Italy. You will take your pizza ball, you will spread it like a real pizzachef and bake it in the wood oven.

FIFTH STEP
The most exciting part will be when you will eat your full pizza while I will tell you the story of Neapolitan cuisine and the genesis of the pizza in Naples and of course with a nice drink included.

You will love this experience. I worked in the pizzeria o'scugnizzo for long time. I've been working in the culinary field for 10 years. Too much! So I traveled aroud the word and know I'm again into my city to offer my experience to all people who love Italian cuisine. Pizza is our dish of excellence but it is not easy to make it so This experience cannot be done alone.

We will go in the historic pizzeria o'scugnizzo in via medina 19.
Just 1 minute walk from the meeting point.

Get your hands deep in the flour - lovely experience and real hands on practice. Get to eat the pizza you make, ask questions and feel welcome with the host !

Whole experience was amazing! Riccardo had a lot of knowledge about the origins of Neapolitan pizza and its ingredients. He made us feel welcome and at ease through the whole experience. At the end we could sit and eat our pizzas with a glass of wine. 10/10 - delicious!

Riccardo è simpaticissimo e molto competente non solo sull'argomento pizza e prodotti tipici ma anche sulla storia della città. Ci ha dato molti consigli di viaggio e indicato alcune perle.della Campania di cui non conoscevamo l'esistenza!!!! Davvero bellissima esperienza! Grazie Riccardo!

Great experience. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions about making the pizza dough. We even had snacks (italian bread, cheese, cherry tomatoes and salami) while we waited for the dough to settle down.

Great experience for anyone visiting Naples - to make pizza in its birthplace - what could be better! Ricardo was an exceptional host, we learnt about the dough and some techniques on how to knead it specific to Naples. He gave us some local foods to taste. We then had the opportunity to make our own pizzas in a pizza oven. It was a really well structured experience. He has lots of knowledge and also passion and pride for his city and culture. We had a great time
