I had brought to meditate since I was six years old by my lovely grandmother. That was the first time I got to know about meditation and started practicing it. I grew up in the different dimension of life and gradually realized, what my granny had planted inside me is the most important and powerful tool for being alive in this world. I don't even know how to thanks to her in any words or actions. For what she gave me is priceless. The only thing I can do is to deliver this tool to all of you. This is the best and only thing I can do to express my gratefulness to her. What I am going to share with you is the most experienced that I have earned through my life so far. I am tend to deliver to you in the best way I can. And while you're learning it, am learning it too. Those who are new to meditation "YOU ARE VERY WELCOME". :D

Every levels are welcome, especially beginner and that's why I start to conduct this event. You may bring yoga mat, cloth, pillow or any item that makes you feel comfortable sitting on the floor.
