Megan Giller I'm a food writer specializing in craft chocolate and the author of Bean-to-Bar Chocolate: America's Craft Chocolate Revolution. I also lead private chocolate tastings and teach at the Institute of Culinary Education. Amy Dubin My name is Amy Dubin and I own Janam Tea, a tea company featuring single-origin, premium Indian teas. Currently, I operate the nation's only tearoom serving exclusively Indian tea and have been featured in the NYTimes, Times of India, Time Out and other notable titles.
