Begin a beautiful day in Atlanta, in a best-kept-secret setting with this energizing yoga practice, led by certified international yoga instructor, Lindsay Kumari Jaya. Surrounded by the lush greenery and rich history of Historic Fourth Ward Park, we will move together through gentle yoga poses and refreshing breathing techniques, ending with a guided meditation. We will relax and release our day to day tensions or the tightness of travel with this approachable, rejuvenating yoga practice intended to encourage total body wellness. This personalized workshop will introduce and strengthen techniques of movement and mindfulness to organically free residual physical stress and muscular tension. This class is designed to gently engage the major muscle groups while bringing circulation and mobility throughout the body. To complement our yoga practice we will renew, unwind and clear the mind with a soothing guided meditation. All Levels Class: Suitable for beginners and advanced yoga practitioners alike, this approachable yoga series has been crafted to safely challenge the body into spaces of strength, balance and mobility. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required.
I am a certified yoga instructor and group fitness leader holding certifications in both Classical Yoga (Ashtanga) and Power Yoga styles. I have hosted yoga, dance and fitness workshops for more than 14 years. Across the last two years, I have blended my love of travel with my passion for yoga by offering my professional instruction in yoga asana, mindfulness techniques and wellness methods during my travels. I have instructed classes internationally across The United States, Canada and Australia.
