I am a Mindfulness-Meditation Teacher, fully trained in Mindfulness Based-Stress Reduction. I encounter people from all walks of life and I provide Mindfulness and Meditation guided sessions in a completely secular way. I share tips and tools to live life more fully. This ranges from bringing awareness to wake up to each moment life offers, coping with stress, building resilience, increasing concentration, communicating mindfully, improving relationships, ... in other words, to being present to any aspect of one's own daily life. This experience is offered in private and group settings.

We will meet outdoors in the park by the Cambridge Public Library to be in direct experience with nature and bring into play external awareness as much as internal awareness.
