I study human energy and have had an interest in it since I was a child. My own Meditation (Luna Lum) is combining Movement, Mindful Energy Work and Moon Phases into one powerful meditation exercise. These three combined creates a strong positive energy force around you. Science has proven that there is an osculating energy around our bodies. If this energy is not healthy you are not healthy and the other way around. You will learn about your own energy field and how to keep it aligned through movement, mindful thought and moon phases.

Leisa gave me insight into questions I had. She allowed me to freethink and step outside my public persona. Leisa and I were able to share personal experiences. This was an active meditation but also a way for me to break down some of my own barriers placed on me by society and myself. We all learn different versions of "proper" and most of those versions don't suit many well. Thank you immensely Leisa.

Leisa has put together her dance and music with her heart and created a repertoire of movements. I enjoyed my meeting and learned how to use visualisation and imbibe colors in daily life.
