Чем мы займемся

I will walk through slacklining basics: from techniques to get up onto the line and walking to basic poses. We can experiment with looseness of the line and balance based on what guests are comfortable with. Some options of variations past the basics are walking backwards, going from sitting to standing, kneeling, pivots, and yoga poses like Tree and Warrior III.

Water. Stay hydrated!
Wear comfortable clothes. Keep in mind that slacklining is easier without shoes to many people.
