Чем вы займетесь
We will drive to Karura Forest Nairobi along Limuru road on a weekend morning, thereafter we will get to the designated running tracks, 5km, 10km and either do hiking or running. After the run we can do stretches and mild excercises/yoga . Karura forest got waterfalls, caves, running paths, secure parking and even a cafeteria inside! What else would you want that this scenic view of Kenyans, natural forest filled with aura of fresh air thanks to Late Prof. Wangari Mathai.

I am a sports lover, i love jogging and having morning runs on the road, track and in natural habitat forest. I do running to keep fit, make friends and explore nature, I love weekend morning running miles/kms thereafter we do some stretches on the ground in safe environment where you watch nature as you meditate.
Где вы побываете
We will do our running/hiking in Karura Natural Park Limuru Road, Aboretum park near State House. Both are natural parks, very beatiful, secure, guarded and protected. All you need is sports shoes, bottle of water, and a camera/phone .
