To give you a little background, I have been a registered dietitian nutritionist for the past 25 years with a focus on plant-based nutrition for the past ten years through my dark chocolate company, nicobella organics. I recently closed nicobella in order to pursue plant-based lifestyle education and workshops full time. I specialize in helping folks cultivate optimal health and living through delicious, energizing foods as well as meditation and yoga. I also specialize in heart health, diabetes prevention and management, women's health and gut health.
