Чем вы займетесь
Umbria Wine tasting with a local sommelier in an enoteca located in one of the most beautiful borgo’s of Umbria. This tasting is a introduction to the 3 typical wines of the region, we call it Umbria in 3 glasses. We will begin the tasting with an typical local white wine from the region, followed by a red blend and finish with one of the most tannic wines in the world an indigenous single varietal. During the tasting you will experience the difference between glass and crystal stemware, learn about the terroir of the wines and discuss suggested wine pairings. A small tasting plate to enhance the wines being enjoyed will accompany the wines. All the wines tasted will be available for purchase with a 5% discount and we also ship wines.
My husband Graziano and I are both certified sommeliers and have owned our own wine bar since 2012. We are passionate about organic and small production wines. All the wines in our shop have been hand selected by us from winery visits and trade shows we travel to regularly. Wine for us is not just a beverage it’s a lifestyle that we like to share with our guest.
A small pairing plate will be served to enhance the wines which may include bread, cheese and pork, sorry no substitutions.

The tasting will be held at Vinosofia an Enoteca located in the historical center of Spello, one of the most beautiful borgo’s in Umbria. Vinosofia is inside a building dating back to the 17th century with vaulted ceilings and a true oak wine bar. The atmosphere is casual yet intimate with soft candle light and cool music in the background. During the summer there is a deck outside to enjoy the view of the old pink stone walls of the monastery.
