Чем мы займемся

We'll start at Surfers Corner in Muizenberg and take a jog along the popular St. James Catwalk which runs along the coast with some of the most beautiful views in South Africa. You might also catch the sunrise over False Bay which can be magnificent. Once we reach the Tidal pool we will do a light 30 minute fitness class which will be a combination of yoga, calisthenics, HIIT and cardio. You are…

Где вы побываете

You'll get to take the lovely scenery of the False Bay coastline and possibly catch one of the most spectacular sunrises on the bay. The workout will be behind the iconic colourful huts of St. James and you'll have a chance to take a dip in the tidal pool before we head back to the Muizenberg beach front where you can grab a drink or snack at one of the many local venues.
