Чем вы займетесь

Can you remember the last time wrestling with your thoughts? Or do you feel overwhelmed, stressed and say way often "yes" to something - even though you already got enough on your plate? Then this is for you! You will experience techniques to reduce stress in life and being able to deal easier with circumstances in life you cannot change, as well as letting go much easier. You will not only get an introduction to mindfulness but also get practical advice in meditation. I will guide you through the whole meditation and give you tips to develop your own mindfulness-routine. So that you can live your life more stress-free, be more compassionate and open-minded. More gentle and compassionate with yourself and others. Mindfulness was first introduced in the 1970s to help people who suffer from chronic pain, but there are various things mindfulness can help us with.

I help stressed business-women to remove the chaos in their head and bring a clear structure in their lives. So they can live a relaxed life matching their deepest values while being successful. Motto: Be yourself and follow your heart! (trained lifecoach + trained in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy / main goals: stress-management/relieve and self-compassion) Plus, together my partner and I run a software company. I used to work in the corporate field (employed + self-employed). In the end, I came to the conclusion it is too superficial for me and by not finding a deeper meaning in this field of work, I suffered from burnout. After a 6 months break, I discovered my true passion, turned my 360° and only follow my heart Hobbies: walks with our dog, scuba- + freediving, hiking, yoga, meditation, art, travelling, photography, vegan food

I highly suggest to meet up outdoors, but in case of rain or strong winds, we can switch to indoors. Feel free to let me know if you want to visit a specific place. I can suggest places, depending on the season. Suggested place: 5 min. walk from our meeting point we can either choose the beach or a hill facing towards the seacoast

Please do not bring children or pets since they would be a distraction. Best is to book a babysitter in advance or else, enjoy the session as a private session (instead of being together as a couple, take some time for yourself and benefit most from it). Also great for companies (teambuilding)!
