We will have a fluid and dynamic yoga class (1.5h) in my cozy little studio where I provide all the props (blocks, blankets, belts, bolsters, mats) for our practice. After that you will rest with a cup of tea/chai masala in the terrace of the most charming building in Polanquito while I prepare the brunch. You are more than welcome to help me on the preparation and learn some recipes and tips with me. Since the brunch menu is seasonal, here are some examples of what you might have: * coconut/cashew yogurt with fruits and homemade granola; * avocado/hummus/vegan salmon toast; * tofu scramble/vegetables; * cupcake/muffin/brownie; * fresh and hot drink. Most of the ingredients are organic and come from local producers. I use sourdough bread with 36h fermentation or homemade gluten free bread. Yoga props and mat
Carol is a former psychologist with Human Resources background. After living a hard business life in São Paulo, she decided to follow her heart and study yoga in Bali. Nowadays she teaches in her place in Mexico City. She has also studied culinary in Bali, Italy, New York, Brazil and loves to surprise people with plant based dishes.
