You will join a small class of people at an outdoor gym to learn calisthenics exercises and skills. Classic calisthenics skills include Front Levers, Muscle-Ups and Handstands. The calisthenics class takes place at an outdoor park in Johannesburg. There is plenty of shade, equipment in excellent condition and enough space for many people to join in the class. It is a public space so you will most likely see people walking their dogs. The community is active in the mornings so the area is 100% safe.
