Об организаторе

I’ve been even practicing yoga for more than 5 years and teaching for 2. I have my 200 hour YTT certification and teach weekly classes at the woodcliff hotel and spa in Fairport. My personal practice includes meditation, chanting, and an invigorating asana practice. I love the spiritual side of yoga and strive to bring authenticity and depth to all my classes!

Чем мы займемся

We will meet at Captain Cook trail and begin with a short icebreaker. Just let everyone introduce themselves and get to know the group. Then we will head down the trail discussing life and all its eccentricities. When we arrive at the end of the trail near the monument we will stop for a 60 minute beginner hatha yoga class. We will finish with a short meditation and head back up to the road.

Bring lots of water and be prepared for a good workout. We will set a pace that fits best for the whole group. A camelback or several water bottles will be a good idea to bring.

a yoga mat is optional
a towel or goggles if you would like to swim
snacks
a good heart and an open mind

Где вы побываете

The captain cook trail is a pretty steep hike so you will need to be in moderately good shape and able to hike several miles without stopping. Previous yoga experience is not required for it will be a beginner class, unless advanced yogis show the class will be tailored to the group.
