Our location is the first exhibition space exclusively dedicated to the enhancement of Italian extra virgin olive oil. A 1.5 hours class about olive oil, about how to select quality one, how to taste it and how to pair it with food. In a engaging step-by-step social class where you'll go in the behind the scenes of the most important ingredient of the Mediterranean cuisine. Discover a world of little quality producers, nutritive properties of this precious food., through the history of olive oil and varieties. Let's start with tasting tecnique: -how to sniff it and focuse on the falvor sensations, -how those are connected with varieties -tasting tecnique: how to taste it and appreciate it -pairing tecnique: how to match food and olive oil in order to get the best gourmet experience.
