We'll meet on Rozendal Farm where I will give you a tour of our Vinegar Cellar explaining the process whereby we make our 12 Year matured vinegars infused with Botanicals. Followed by a tasting of our vinegars and discussions about good quality food and the philosophy of Biodynamic Farming. To end off we will be serving a light lunch inspired by our vinegars and served on the terrace of the Farm House.
Light lunch inspired by our Botanical Vinegars- Gazpacho soup; freshly picked Garden Salad and a sorbet/ice cream of the day.
Farmer's Punch- refreshing homemade vinegar drink and a bottle of our vinegar to take home
I'm co-creator of a range of botanical vinegars made on our farm in Stellenbosch. I have been in the food and hospitality business for many years and with the creation of these vinegars I have embodied both my love for good food and health. This is really a family affair with my children Nathalie and Alexander managing the farm and now I get to share the stories and years of experience.
