With the intention to help you feel energised, elevated, restored, and ready for the day, I will show you from my point of view what meditation is. You'll expand your outlook by learning new ways to alleviate anxiety and reduce stress. We'll walk and stop throughout a London hidden garden or park nearby. Что взять с собой

warm clothes, either a yoga mat, a soft cushion or a small folding chair to seat on the ground.

We'll be in a beautiful London park or an hidden garden amidst the trees tucked away from the hustle and bustle that is London. You'll discover one of my favorite spots of the city park or garden. :-)
