The farm to table dinner takes place in my winter home in Helsinki. Chef Heikki Liekola will create the menu based on the best ingredients mainly from my farm. We will select the best possible pairings for the wine and the food. All wines are European and from small producers. Heikki and I will personally be waiting tables during the evening. In addition to vegetables, we have fish in the menu which is caught by my neighbour, Bill Nystrom and game from another neighbour, Alex Biström. All fish and game are caught within five kilometers from the farm.

I am a co-founder of Langotorp farm, which is situated in southern Finland. I grow organic vegetables and herbs and deliver to most of the Michelin star restaurants in Helsinki. I have teamed up with one of the best on his own fields, chef Heikki Liekola and to create a unique farm to table dinner experience in my winter home in Helsinki. Heikki is chef of the year in Finland 2014 and has worked as a head chef in top restaurants such as Ask, Olo and Postres.

The farm to table dinner takes place in my winter home, a 45 m2 flat, which is located in a residential area in Torkkelinmäki, Helsinki. We can host only 12 people at the time. Our ingredients are unique, the chef and the sommelier are among the best in their fields, and this combination is only available in my home.
